latest sign of the apocolypse
In the latest sign that the world is about to end...
Leonardo DiCaprio, Will Smith, Penelope Cruz, Kate Winslet, Eddie Murphy, and Mark Wahlberg were all just nominated for Oscars.
Now i will say, i didn't see any of the movies in question. And i do like Smith and Wahlberg, and the one movie i've seen Cruz in was decent. But Oscar material?

Hey, I like Kate Winslet. This actually is her 5th nomination.
Christy, you still haven't seen Titanic. You do not yet fully understand the evils of Kate Winslet.
As strange as it sounds, most of these nominations are not without their merit. Walberg - I don't think he deserved a nod. He just walked around yelling at everyone the whole movie. The Departed as a whole was amazing. I think he was one of their weaker points.
